Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ColdLane. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

ColdLane provides shipping risk estimates for temperature-sensitive goods, post-shipment tracking alerts and evidence packs. The service is provided as is. See our Disclaimer: results are estimates and not guarantees.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 or have authority to act for your business.

Plans, billing and refunds

• New accounts include 3 free shipment checks.
• Starter ($9 per month) includes up to 40 shipment checks per billing period. Pro ($29 per month) includes up to 200.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• An evidence pack is a one-time purchase ($12). Because it is delivered digitally on purchase, it is generally non-refundable unless it fails to generate.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers. Prices may exclude taxes.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse, scrape, resell or reverse engineer the service, attempt to bypass limits or security, or use it for unlawful goods. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that put the service at risk.

Alerts to your customers

If you enable customer warnings, you confirm you are allowed to email that person about their order and that the address was provided for that purpose.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ColdLane is not liable for spoiled goods, refunds, lost sales, rejected claims or indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Continued use means acceptance.
